The difficulty is often that everybody has looked at a different piece. My work is about bringing those pieces into one educational picture and helping you work out what to do with them.

Bring me what is happening, what has already been investigated and what you are trying to work out. I will ask questions, look at where the uncertainty seems to be and help identify the smallest useful next step.
If I think somebody else is better placed to answer the question, I will tell you that too.
The baseline: understanding the learner
The first piece of paid work is usually about building a clearer learner profile from the evidence that already exists.
That can include professional reports, school history, teacher feedback, parent observations, learner input and patterns in the way the child manages learning.
This is not formal assessment and it does not replace the work of an educational psychologist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, doctor or other registered professional. My role is educational: I am looking at what the available information means for the learner’s actual school and learning life.
Report to Reality
This is where we translate the learner picture into something useful. We look at what the findings may mean for written output, homework, studying, organisation, pace, classroom demands, expectations, accommodations and the amount of effort the learner is using simply to cope.
Report-to-Reality work starts from R1,600.

There is no expectation that every family uses every service. We work out what would be useful, what can wait and what may not be needed at all. Budget is part of that conversation.
