Every new learning-support enquiry begins with a free one-hour consultation. We use that time to understand the problem and decide whether I can help and what, if anything, makes sense to do next.

It helps if you tell me

Your child’s age or school year, what is concerning you, whether there are already diagnoses or professional assessments, what school is seeing, what you are seeing at home and what you would most like to change.

You do not need to write an essay, and you do not need to know the correct service name.

What happens next

I will read your message and come back to you about the first conversation. If the work is within my scope, we can use that hour to work out what information would be useful and what I would propose doing next. If I think the question belongs with another professional, I will say so.
